Workshop Opportunities
I work start-up and small to mid-size organizations to help develop and/or facilitate experiential workshops that support the leadership development of employees at all levels. Leadership development work may include having participants explore what makes them a uniquely compelling leader, exploring interpersonal skills, team building, working across agencies, etc.
Workshop Development
- I meet with key partners to discuss what you want for your organization. This work can be done on an individual level or with a group of people.
- With your input, I develop a clearly defined stake for your workshop/program [Why do you want to do this work? For the sake of what?], the outcomes you would like to achieve as a result of participating in the program, and how you want the participants to feel at the end of the program.
- I then design an experiential workshop/program ( 1/2-day, 1-day, 2-day, multi-day) to meet your needs. I am willing to facilitate the workshop/program for you, or if you prefer to facilitate, I will train you on how to deliver the content/exercises.
Workshop Facilitation
I offer 1/2-day, full-day, and multi-day experiential leadership workshops that focus on having participants explore and claim their personal style of leadership - what makes them compelling, influential, and effective whether at work or in their personal lives - with their co-workers, spouses/partners, relatives, communities, etc.
