Co-Active Coaching: New Skills for Coaching People Toward Success in Work and Life This is the 'textbook' on which CTI's coaching curriculum and certification program is based. It will give you a very good understanding of coaching and how it works.

Interface Advantage Systems (The Coaches Console). I discovered The Coaches Console in May 2006 and just had a gut feeling that it was the right online tool to help me get my coaching business online and organized! The system is simple and intuitive and I'm having a great time with it! Plus, the level of support I get from the creators of this system is incredible. If you are looking for a fabulous system to get your coaching business organized with a very professional feel, this is definitely the system for you! Plus, no more searching through Word documents to find the most current version of your Welcome Packet!

Holistic Health

Complete Book of Juicing: Your Delicious Guide to Youthful Vitality I believe that juicing is a great way to give the body the nutritients it needs. This book offers a lot of very simple juice recipes.

Kimberly Miles - Kimberly is a medical intuitive that I met in Sedona, AZ in December 2005. She has a very strong intuitive sense about medical issues people may have and she has a very strong nutritional background...supports diets with whole, natural foods. I personally believe that nutrition is the foundation for good health (physical, emotional, and spiritual). She also has a great guided visualization around Letting Go. It can be purchased from her website. She does medical intuitive readings from a distance if you don't live in Sedona.

Staying Healthy With Nutrition, 21st Century Edition: The Complete Guide to Diet & Nutritional Medicine This is a great reference manual with a focus on whole, natural food choices. I believe good nutrition is the foundation for creating the life that you really want to live. This book provides a comprehensive information about the role of nutrition in our lives.

Leadership

Working With Groups to Enhance Relationships This is a great book with a large number of experiential exercises that can be used in leadership trainings or other types of training involving groups to support learning from the inside out.

Personal Growth

Astrology for the Soul is a great book that helps you experience your North Node - all those things that you are moving toward expressing in your life. We each have our North Node in a Sign (e.g., North Node in Cancer) and House (e.g., North Node in the 5th House). This book is an excellent resource for you if you are interested in exploring the role that astrology plays in your personal growth.

Choosing Prosperity - This website is all about creating prosperity and abundance in your life. I particularly like the Prosperity Game. In the game, you create a parallel universe where each time you play you get an increasing amount of virtual money to spend. The belief is that if you create a parallel universe that is full of abundance and prosperity you can create this in your life as it exists today. Your thoughts create reality so why not create a reality full of prosperity and abundance?!?

Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia is a beautiful, passionate, alive story about one woman's journey into her own aliveness - prompted by divorce in her early 30's. This is a very inspiring book

In Tune With the Infinite: An Inspirational Masterpiece that Tracends Time was first written by Ralph Waldo Trine in 1897. It is a great book about the importance of connecting with the Infinite Spirit no matter what you call it (God, Infinite Spirit, the Universe). In this book, the author states 'There is no better way to help another to help himself than to bring him to the knowledge of himself. There is no better way to bring him to a knowledge of himself than to lead him to a knowledge of the powers that are lying dormant within his own soul.' By helping people realize their oneness with Infinite Life, we help them open up so that Infinite Life may work and manifest through them.

New Equations is committed to the expression of the soul - who we are at our essence. There are 9 soul types and we each are one of the nine types. Our purpose in relationship to our soul type is to express the gifts of our type. The process of being soul typed is physical in nature. Through a process of being put in a variety of different poses/postures, your soul expresses itself in all of its beauty and strength. It is truly an amazing process to experience! Being soultyped completely changed how I show up in the world. I am a soul type 2.

The Art of Possibility: Transforming Professional and Personal Life was written by Benjamin Zander, conductor of the Boston Philharmonic. With this book, anything is possible.

The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham and Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires are interesting books that explore the law of attraction. We are all worthy of having the life that makes us want to be alive and wake up and make a difference everyday. Dare to dream in vivid detail. What's your dream?

The Secret is an excellent movie about the law of attraction. It talks extensively about how our thoughts create our reality. It is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It is very inspiring - a real feel-good movie. It can be downloaded and watched on your computer or purchased through their site. It is an Austrailan movie and therefore not available in US stores yet.

Tut's Adventurers Club is an online philosophical club for the adventure of life. You can go onto this site and sign up to receive daily reminders from the Universe. I receive my note from the Universe each morning and it reminds me that I am supported by the Universe and that my thoughts create my reality.
